How do Rewards work?
You'll be happy to know that there's nothing too complicated about our Rewards at all! All you need to do is to save up your PiggyPoints (earned by viewing offers that appear with a PiggyPoints banner, by shopping with our partners, entering quizzes and competitions etc.) and then go to the Rewards page.
Pick the Reward you'd like and click on the "Add Reward" button to add it to your basket. Then continue shopping or just place your order.
That's it! Now all you have to do is wait patiently for Mr or Ms Postperson to deliver it right to your door!

I cannot place a Reward order but I have enough PiggyPoints?
You will need to Mobile Validate your account. All members will be required to mobile validate their account the first time they wish to spend their PiggyPoints. This is to help prevent abuse of the PiggyPoint system.

How do I mobile validate my account?
To do this, simply submit your mobile number when it is requested (using the international format).
A unique code will be sent to your phone, which you must enter in the box provided onscreen to proceed to spend your PiggyPoints.
You must submit this code within two minutes of receiving it, before it expires. If it does expire you must begin the process again.
Mobile validation is required once only and a mobile number can only be used to validate one Pigsback.com account.
Irish members must validate accounts using an Irish mobile phone, while UK members must use a UK mobile number for this purpose.
Please note that the mobile number you submit is only ever used for mobile validation purposes (it is not used as a contact number).

I want to order a certain reward but can not see it on the rewards page, where has it gone?
We have a number of permanent rewards and a number of other rewards that come and go depending on the deals available in the market. All rewards currently available are visible on our rewards page.

How are rewards delivered?
(i) Postal rewards are delivered to your confirmed postal address within 14 working days.
(ii) Electronic rewards are delivered to your 'Collect Rewards' page within 14 working days. An email is sent to you once the code is ready for collection along with a link to 'Collect Rewards'.
(iii) Charity donations made with your PiggyPoints are sent by Pigsback.com (along with other members' donations) to the charity twice a year.
(iv) Book rewards should be delivered to you within 4 weeks, your delivery details are passed on only for the purpose of delivery of the item ordered.
(v) Any other non-postal/non e-code rewards will have details of delivery listed when you order.

I did not receive my reward, what should I do?
All mail sent from Pigsback.com is franked with a code for our return address; which means if any post is not delivered, An Post will generally return it to Pigsback.com within 3 to 4 weeks.
We would recommend that you contact your local post office/collection point to enquire after your reward. Failing this please contact us.

Where is my E-reward?
Please follow the below instructions to locate your e Reward:
Log into your own account on www.pigsback.com
You can access your "Collect Rewards" page by using the "Rewards" menu at the top of the Homepage.
Click on the "Rewards" option and you will be directed through to another page.
Next go to "Collect Rewards" on the left hand side. There you will find your Reward code.
Click on "show code".

Do PiggyPoints expire?
Yes. However PiggyPoints will not expire on an active account. An inactive account is deemed to be one which is not visited for a period of 6 continuous months. The amount of PiggyPoints you have in your account will be displayed at the top of your homepage. To stop your PiggyPoints from expiring simply log in to Pigsback.com frequently.
